Returns

We are happy to refund your goods on the criteria below. We apologise that we are unable to offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to receive a different size a new order will have to be placed online and we can refund the old order.

  1. Once you have received your goods, the return request form must be completed and sent through to us within 30 days of receipt of goods.
  2. The goods need to be complete, unused and undamaged and with all original packaging.
  3. The cost of the return delivery shall be paid for by the customer unless otherwise agreed by us.

  1. If your item is faulty, we will be able to facilitate a free return for you if this is needed regardless of your location. So that we are able to assist you in the best way possible please contact us first regarding any damaged or faulty items.

 

If your return matches the above criteria, the next step is to use the form on this page to request a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) and initiate the returns process. If you wish to return your goods please complete the form to obtain a valid Returns Authorisation Number (RAN).

You must enter the email address you used when ordering. Returns will not be accepted without a valid RAN (Returns Authorisation Number).

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item - Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

How to cancel your order or change of mind
To start a cancelation, you must contact us at support@protectedworkwear.com ASAP and before your order has been given a tracking number otherwise your order can not be cancelled.

Warranty information
If your item is faulty after use our warranty will cover you for 6 months. You must contact us at support@protectedworkwear.com to send evidence for us to asses the issue and put it right for you.

What do I do if I have received the wrong item
If you were accidently sent the wrong item, you must contact us at support@protectedworkwear.com ASAP and we will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you and supply you with a returns label for the wrong item

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund, usually 5-7 days.
